Discount Camping Programs
This was a nice campground. About 10 miles off the highway and a great place to stop at if you are making the long journey to Key West. (Key West is about 2 1/2 hours away – without much traffic)
The campground sites are in a large field with roads inbetween – so I believe every site is a drive through. And you aren’t sitting right on top of the camper next to you either. (At least we weren’t on our site)
The have a nice pool, club house, basketball courts, field, and a bunch of activities for guests scheduled through-out the day. There is also a little “snack shack” if you have the munchies.
(Also available are cabins)
I would say that the only thing I did not like about this campground were the directions posted on their website. They are a bit lacking. (Directions traveling southward. Directions traveling north were fine) There is a little detail left out of the southbound directions that if included would make this place and our entire camping experience there rate an “A”
