Discount Camping Programs
We spent 6 weeks in the fall of 2008 at this campground. We had a beautiful spot located just inside the gate. The sun rose on our site every morning with shade late in the afternoon from the large oak trees.
This is a very well maintaned campground. Bathrooms, pool area, playground, arcade, office are always clean.
The campsites are nice too. Most of them are separated from the campsite next door by bushes or trees. I appreciate not looking at the next-door neighbors sewer hose. I will say that there are some sites where you are close to the neighbors. But they are few!
I have read lots of reviews of this campground and each one comments on the “lady in the office.” Not much nice is said about her. But I have to say that it’s because of her nature and her “insistance” that everyone follow the rules that there are no screaming children, no late night parties and nobody gets out of control. I’m a big fan of a quiet campgrounds with no screaming kids!!!
